Hey , how do I add my logo to estimates and send it in a pdf format without using a computer?

Hey there, @silasboardzz9927.

I hope you're having a wonderful day so far. I'm here to help you add your company's logo to estimates.

With QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can run your business on the go. Its mobile app allows instant access to your data from your mobile device. However, there are some limitations when using it. We can only upload logos to estimates using a web browser on any device. It works the same as how you access your account on your computer.

Also, we can only use a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file smaller than 10 MB24-bits or less in bit depth (or colour depth) square-shaped. Rectangles don’t work using the standard RGB colour space.

Once it's ready, follow these steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Select the Gear icon on the toolbar.
  3. Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
  4. At the upper right, from the New style dropdown, select the appropriate form.
Note: If you want to upload a logo on an existing template, find the template then select Edit under the Action column.
  5. Go to the Design tab, then select Add your unique logo.
  6. Select the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window.
  7. Locate and select the image you want to use.
  8. Select Open. Once uploading is done, select Save.

Then, if you want your customers to receive the form in a PDF file format:

  1. Go to the Emails tab.
  2. Select the PDF Attached checkbox to attach a PDF with a full pricing breakdown.
  3. Click Done.

Once done, you can create and send them using your mobile app or a web browser.

Finally, you'll want to check out this article to learn the several options available for customizing the details of your form: Customise Your Sales Forms.

Fill me in if you need more help with personalising your forms  in QBO. I'd be glad to help you achieve your goals.
