Hi I usually use the quickbooks app The recent update won't allow me to add sales tax to invoices so I can't send any invoices from the app Recent update is terrible

Since we have limited access to your account in this public environment, and resolving this issue requires a thorough examination to determine why you’re unable to add sales tax using the QBO app, I recommend contacting our Live Support team. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help menu or the (?) icon in the upper-right corner of QBO.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab.
  3. Type "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
  4. Provide a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
  5. Choose your preferred option. Have us call you or chat.

While the support team is working on resolving the issue, you can log in to your QuickBooks account using a web browser to add the sales tax on the invoice.
