Hi QB Team, we are getting tax invoices for the monthly subscription but our TRN is not mentioned on them.

Thanks for posting, @Faiz.

 

I have some information about your TRN. All QuickBooks subscription prices are exclusive of TAX. Your account will automatically be charged on a monthly basis for the subscription fee and for all pay runs processed in the previous month. However, you can check and add your TRN from the settings. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Gear.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Company tab to add the TRN.
  4. Tap the Billing & Subscription tab to review your subscription details.
  5. Click Done when you're finished.
