Glad to see you here in the Community, @alexander-stefan. I’m here to share info about SPF and help you with these invoices.

Any related information that concerns the SPF record or SPF TXT record is handled by our Intuit Developers. I suggest contacting them through this Support site to get enough details so you can add it right away to your DNS server.

You can ask your customers to set a rule and allow your email address to go to their inbox automatically and not to their spam folder. It helps their email provider recognize the Intuit domain as a trusted site.

In case you want to add or modify your template, especially the email address that appears on your sales forms, you can use these resources for reference:

If you have any other questions or concerns with managing your sales transactions, please don’t hesitate to reach back out. I’ll be more than happy to help. Have a good day!

Hi,

Did anyone work out a resolution to this topic/case?

I am being passed to Intuit and back to QuickBooks and back to Intuit again.

We are after the SPF record to add to our DNS.

Thanks.

Hi, What SPF record should I add to our DNS server in order to make sure that our invoices are not sent to spam?

Hello there, @hilla. I appreciate you coming back to the thread and for providing additional information.

As mentioned by my colleague above, any related information that concerns the SPF record or SPF TXT record is handled by our Intuit Developers. With that, I suggest reaching out to our Product Developer through their Community forum for an updates. This is the place where developers, like you, engage with others to discuss programming concerns. I'd recommend posting your question from there. This way, our developers can provide you ways and tips about your concern with SPF records to add to oud DNS.

Here's how:

  1. Go to this website: Intuit Developer Support.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online under What do you need help with?.
  3. Select Ask a Question.
  4. Log into your existing Intuit Developer Account or create a new one.
  5. Enter your concern.
  6. Then click Ask.

I've also added this article where you can find helpful articles, video tutorials, and more in QuickBooks Online: Learn QuickBooks.

I'll be around if you have any other QuickBooks-related concerns. Take care!
