Thanks for reaching out to the Community for assistance, @esmerlin_fco-hot. I’ve got some ways here to manage multiple inventory sales prices.
In the QuickBooks Online International version, you can manually enter the appropriate price in the Rate column when creating an invoice. See the screenshot below:
Another way is to create a separate item for retail clients and wholesale clients. Just simply add an indication (sign, detail, or description) for easier access when making transactions. I’m glad to show you the steps:
- Go to the Gear icon, then choose Products and Services.
- Press New.
- Select Inventory.
- Enter the details and the additional sales price. Make sure to add a keyword. This way, you can quickly determine which client the item applies to.
- Select Save and close after.
Also, you can utilize a third-party application that can help manage your price rules. You can go to your Apps menu to find one.
