How can I add the company logo to the credit note form/template?

Before that, let me share information that adding a company logo in QuickBooks Online is only available on an Invoice, Estimate, and sales receipt.

You can utilize a third-party application or consider downloading the credit note form and then manually add the logo. However, you’ll need to use your email provider when sending them.

Here are the steps:

1. Press the + New button.
2. Select a Credit note.
3. Enter the necessary details.
4. Click Print or Preview in the bottom part of the page.
   
5. Select Download.
