How can i attach stamp and authorised signature to sales invoice as this is mandatory for GST tax invoice

Welcome to the Community. Attaching stamp and authorized signature to invoicing is currently unavailable. I know the importance of having this kind of feature. I'll make sure to tap this to our developer's team. This way, adding stamp and authorize signature to sales invoices might be given a chance to be included in the next product updates.

Guys this is so foolish not to add that option. 

It gets difficult to print the invoice manually sign, stamp and then email to client. 

you should fixt it immediately.

Some of our clients are using an additional app to have a signature and a company stamp/seal on the purchase orders, proforma invoices, and commercial invoices. The app supports QBO but we are not sure whether it supports QBO India version or not. Should you interest to explore, send your business email address in a private message to us. We will introduce you directly to the app developer.

I'm here to provide a couple info and steps to ensure you can manage electronic signatures in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

As of the moment, QuickBooks Online doesn't have the E-signature feature. You can manually affix your signature or use a supported third-party app.

Also, there are two ways to look for a third-party app easily.

First, look for a third-party app navigating the Apps menu in your QBO account. Here's how:

1. Go to the Apps menu at the left pane.
2. Select the Find Apps tab, and then type a keyword in the search bar like "E-signature."
3. Click the magnifying glass to search, and then choose the app that suits your need.

Second is by going to the apps.intuit.website, please make sure to select your region by clicking the drop down option beside the Sign-in button.
