How can I change/customise element like "Due to" "Bill to" on an invoice ?

Hi there, monika-biedrzyck.

Currently, there's no option to change the Due date field to Bill to on the invoices.

However, I've got an alternative method you can perform so you're able to add Bill to option on your sales forms. I suggest adding a custom field to appear on your invoices. Please note that you'll need to manually enter information on this field every time you create an invoice.

Here's how to add a custom field:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Sales tab.
  4. Select the Sales form content section. Then, click the pencil icon.
  5. Enter a Bill to into a box beneath the heading Custom fields and select whether you want the field to be internal (only displayed in QuickBooks), or public (displayed in QuickBooks and displayed/printed on sales forms).
  6. Fill in the other necessary field.
  7. Hit Save and Done.
