Changing the tax agency name on your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is my priority, and I'm here to guide you as to how, @Sam food packing.
For the time being, changing or editing the tax agency name is possible through the Taxes/VAT page. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
However, the agency name that'll show on your sales forms (i.e., invoices) would still be the old one or the initial name that you've entered. With this, you may add a new agency (i.e., Tax or VAT) with the same information or rate as your current one and use it on your invoices. Here's how:
