How can I delete my profile and account permanently?

You can delete your profile in QuickBooks Online by canceling your subscription and deleting your account by signing in Intuit account, @joaowcardoso-202. Let me help you with the steps.

 

When you delete your QuickBooks Online profile, you can cancel your subscriptions. Please note that the system will provide read-only access to your data for one year, which will be permanently deleted after the cancellation date.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to the QuickBooks Online account as an admin user.
  2. Click the Gear icon or Settings from the upper right corner. Then, select Account and Settings.
  3. Tap on the Billing and Subscription tab.
  4. Select Cancel subscription or Cancel online from the QuickBooks section.
  5. Once completed, you'll receive an email notification containing the cancellation details.

If you want to delete all your data permanently, you can directly delete it by logging in to your Intuit account. Here's how to do it:

 

  1. Go to accounts.intuit.com.
  2. Go to the Data privacy section.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully delete your information.
