How do I change the date notification on my invoice from MM/DD/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY?

Can I ask for additional details or a screenshot of the date notification on your invoice? For now, you can change the default date format the QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses in your Accounts and settings to check if there are any changes.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Accounts and settings.
  3. Choose Advanced.
  4. Scroll down and click on the Date format from the Other preferences section.
  5. Select the dd/MM/yyyy date format.
