How do I change the field names when using a different language? I have my customer and supplier forms in English and Spanish. I want to change the field names in Spanish

Hi there, @ShaneSpuds10.

Let's go to your Account and Settings and changed the field's name to Spanish from there. Let me walk you through to the steps in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Advanced section.
  4. Go to the Language and click the Pencil (Edit) icon.
  5. Select Spanish from the language drop-down menu.
  6. Then click Save when done.

However, please note that there're limited countries that have the option to change the language of their QBO account. If you're unable to see the Language option after going through the steps, then your QBO region is not supported.

Nonetheless, I got a workaround that you can use to achieve your goal. You'll want to use the Language settings in your browser. Here's how.

If you're using Google Chrome:

  1. Tap the three-dot icon and select Settings.
  2. Then, click the Advanced drop-down below to access the Languages section.
  3. From there, hit the drop-down for Language to access the Add Language window.
  4. Mark the box for the one you want to use, and then press the Add button.

For other browsers, you can refer to this link: Microsoft Forms

Let me also suggest checking our QuickBooks blog page to know the latest updates and news in QuickBooks.

Additionally, you can visit our Help articles page in case you need to learn some pointers in managing your QBO account effectively.

Tag me in if you have other queries. I'll be here to lend a hand. Keep safe and stay healthy!
