How do i create invoices for each project along with TDS deduction?

To create invoices for each project along with TDS deduction, the customer needs to be TDS enabled. Here's how:

1. Click Sales in the left panel and choose Customers.
2. Select the customer whom you want to enable TDS and click Edit.
3. In the customer information pop-up, click on the Tax info tab and enter the PAN number and check the TDS Applicable checkbox.
4. Hit Save.

Once enabled, you'll get an option to select the TDS section and enter its amount applicable in that invoice. See the steps below:

1. Click Project in the left panel.
2. From the Add to project drop-down, choose Invoice.
3. Enter the necessary information and the TDS amount.
4. Hit Save.

Thanks for your reply. I am still facing the same issue. PFA the screenshot 

1. In the client Setting i have enabled TDS. 

2. If i select the invoice for the client name, then im able to get TDS option.

3. But if i select the project under the same client TDS option is not showing

4. Check the Project for the client 

This is not allowing me to add invoices under the project so im currently able to only add invoices under the client. So im not able to track project margins. Kindly help me

I'll clarify some information about the TDS and Projects features. 

At this time, you can only add TDS under a client's invoice since the option is specific to the their profile.

Our engineers might be working on incorporating the TDS option for projects in the future. For now, you'll want to contact our support so the TDS can be reported properly when using the Projects feature. 

Here's how to contact us: 

1. Click the Help menu.
2. On the chat box, type "Speak to an agent."
3. Click the Contact Support Team link. 
4. Select Start a message.

I can see you're facing the same matter in the previous post. Since the TDS is activated in the customer profile, we can only use it in the specific name of the customer. Still, I'd recommend following the recommendation by my colleague above jamespaul to contact our specialist. They might share a way to properly apply the TDS in the Project feature.
