How do I remove old settled transactions from current invoice?

Removing the old transactions from the current invoice is a breeze. Let’s open the transaction and unlink the payment.

Here’s how:

1. Click Sales from the left pane and select the Customers tab to choose the customer’s name.
2. Open the invoice you’re working on and click the 1 payment made link at the top.
3. Then, hit the date link to open the Receive Payment page.
4. Uncheck the box for the invoice and press Save and Close.
5. Tap the Save as a credit and Yes to confirm the action.

However, if the old settled transactions are already reconciled, I suggest you consult an accountant for further assistance. They can provide recommendations on how to handle this type of situation.
