In the meantime, if you've verified that your tax set up is labeled VAT, this could be a browser-related issue.
To troubleshoot, I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser (incognito mode). Here’s how to do that:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
