How to check inventory by locations ?

I'll guide you on how to track inventory products per location, Aljashamyco.

 

In QuickBooks, tracking inventory by location is unavailable. However, we have certain associated reports that you can pull up as a workaround.

 

Here's how to do it:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to the Reports, then enter Sales by Location Detail or Purchases by Location Detail on the search bar.
  3. Click Switch to classic view, select Customise, then click the Filter drop-down.
  4. Tick the Rows/Columns and Filter dropdown arrow, and put a checkmark on Location.
  5. Click Run Report.

 

From there, you'll be able to keep track of the item's quantity per location.

 

Alternatively, you can look for a supported third-party application that supports the feature of tracking your inventory per location. From QBO, click on the Apps tab, then find an application from there.
