How to create one Recurring Invoice Template for all my customers?

I can provide some information about setting up a recurring invoice for customers, Wong.

You can use an unscheduled invoice template to create one recurring transaction to use repeatedly to all your customers. However, you'll need to use it per customer one at a time in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how to set up the unscheduled invoice template:

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Choose Recurring Transactions.
  3. Click New. Then, choose Invoice from the Transaction Type drop-down.
  4. Enter a Template name.
  5. Choose Unscheduled from the Type drop-down.
  6. Choose Add new from the Customer drop-down. Then, choose a  customer name.
  7. Enter the detailed information that would be the same for each customer.
  8. Click Save Template.

Once done, you can proceed to Use the unscheduled invoice template section to apply the invoice template per customer in this article: How to set up a recurring invoice for customers.

If you want to automatically apply the recurring transaction to all the customers, then that option is unavailable in QBO. I'll personally share your product suggestion regarding this one.
