How to denote price list to a customer

Glad to see you here in the Community, @mhaske. I'll make sure that you'll be able to denote a price list to a customer in QuickBooks Online.

For this matter, you can pull up a Product/Service List report in QBO and export it to Excel. This way, you can send a list of sales price, name, description, purchase cost, and quantity on hand for products and services to your customers. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu at the left pane.
  2. Type Product/Service List in the search field.
  3. You can Customise the report and click Run Report to save its customization.
  4. Then, click the Export button at the top right between the Gear and Print icon.

For more information about importing or exporting data, you can check out this handy resource here: Export reports, lists, and more.

Additionally, feel free to read through these articles to guide you further along the way in managing your reports in QBO:

I'll be around if you need further assistance with reports in QBO. I'm very eager to help. Take care!
