I'd like to provide some insights on how the invoice number is being sequenced in QBO and get you pointed in the right direction to get this issue sorted out.
QuickBooks automatically assigns numbers to your sales forms, starting with 1001. That said, the succeeding numbers will depend on the digits that are used on your last transaction.
However, you have the option to modify it sequence by customizing them on your desired number. Please see this link to learn more about this process: How to change the invoice number on sales forms.
On the other hand, to help verify how the sequence of the invoice numbers for WooCommerce works, I recommend contacting their Customer Support Team. They'll be able to share additional insights regarding this matter and further isolate why you're not receiving orders from the WooCommerce store.
