I cant find from where to import invoices.

How to import invoices from excel

For QuickBooks International, importing invoices from Excel is unavailable, umair.jamil.


You can manually enter the past invoices you have. Here's how:


  1. Click the Plus icon.
  2. Select Sales Receipt under Customers.
  3. Select the name of the customer or create a new one.
  4. Enter all the needed information.
  5. Select Save and close.

How to import invoices from excel

In QBO, they do have Import Invoices from Excel CSV feature but currently, it's not available in all the countries or all the versions. See attached files.

Unfortunately, you will need to buy a 3rd party app from the Apps center (from the left dashboard) to do this task at this time.
