HOW TO IMPORT NEW TEMPLATE INVOICE

I’m grateful to see you here in the Community, @ankurarora-sme. I’m here to provide a few steps on how to import templates into QuickBooks Online.

  1. Go to the Gear Icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  2.  Under Your Company, click on Custom Form Styles.
  3.  Click on New Style.
  4. From the dropdown choose Import Style.
  5. Choose Invoice under Pick Your Form Type.
  6. Upload your template. **Note: If this is your first time and you would like some help setting up your template, This includes a catalog of the EZ Map Fields Catalog.
  7. From there, you’ll map your fields so QuickBooks knows what values you want.
  8. When everything looks good, simply click Save and create a name for your new style.

The Import style feature is unavailable to a QuickBooks Online account created after June 29, 2021. Otherwise, you can still upload custom form styles.

Furthermore, use this article for your reference in importing custom form styles into QuickBooks Online.

Alternatively, learn how to customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. This also helps you create unique and proficient looking receipts.

Give me a message below for any other queries. I’ll make sure everything is sorted for you.
