How to make the customer's registration tax number appear on the invoices?

Hi there, @waldemar-europes

You can display the customer's registration tax number on your invoices by adding a custom field through the Custom Form Styles window. I'll guide you on how.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Custom Form Styles.
  3. Select the template you're using, then tap on Edit under Action.
  4. Click on Content, then tap on the header part on the sample invoice.
  5. Go to the Custom field at the bottom.
  6. Add the Customer's Registration Number field and make sure you put a checkmark in the box.
  7. Hit Done.

Once done, you can manually add the number when recording your invoices on the field provided.

For additional information while personalising your form template, you can open this article: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
