To reset your account and start from scratch, you can achieve this by clearing all data associated or purging with your company, Bilal. Below are the steps on how to proceed.
Please note that you can only reset your books less than 60 days old from a subscription. If more than that, you can cancel your current QuickBooks Online (QBO) Company and start a new one.
Before resetting your file, consider exporting your data, reports, lists, and other relevant information from QBO. These allow you to preserve and access your historical data in the future.
