How to send an invoice through WhatsApp?

I want to send my invoice through WhatsApp to my customers. I know Quickbooks have introduced this feature but it is not reflecting in my settings as of now.

Kindly help

Hi boltsnnuts,

Invoices can be sent via WhatsApp if you are using the QuickBooks mobile app for Android devices. On an Android phone, please click on the 3 dots at the top right of an invoice and click WhatsApp. You would be able to share the invoice now.

I am using quickbook android app. I cant find "whatsapp" menu in my "3 dots". or is it because I'm using free trial account?

Hi boltsnnuts, thanks for reaching out. Please open an invoice and click on the drop down near 'Save and Close' option and select 'Save & Share(Whatsapp). You would be able to send invoices through whatsapp now

Thank you for posting your concern in this thread, @Jeffery Kumar.

 

Once you use WhatsApp when sending invoices from your computer, you have to enter your customer’s email if there wasn’t one on the transaction.

 

Though this doesn’t affect where your invoice goes but it is required to complete the process.
