You're in the right place for help, Rana. Let's turn on the Multicurrency feature so you can change currencies within your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
This functionality is available in QBO Essentials, Plus, and Advanced plans. If you're not using any of these versions, you may consider upgrading your account to access this capability. It's also noteworthy that once you enable this tool, there's no option to turn it off.
When you're ready, turn on the feature by following these steps:
- Log in to your QBO and go to the Gear icon.
- Select the Account and settings option, then Advanced.
- Navigate to the Currency section and click Edit.
- From the Home Currency dropdown, choose your currency.
- Turn on the Multicurrency switch and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
- Hit Save, then Done.
