Hello there, ashwinraj-c-varm.

 

You can perform some steps to successfully generate transactions and download invoices or transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

Before we proceed with the steps, I'd like to confirm if you've got an error message while doing the task?  Any additional information or a screenshot ( just make sure to cover the important details ) will be greatly appreciated.

 

Since you're unable to do some tasks in your QuickBooks Online account, let's use an incognito window to isolate this issue. There are times that QuickBooks might be experiencing odd behavior. This happens when there is a lot of information stored in your browser.
 

To get this done, follow the shortcut keys below:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari

 

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to help optimize QuickBooks performance. Aside from that, you can use other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online.
