Hello, James.
Yes, you can export a receipt photo of an expense using the mobile app, but the process varies depending on your device. Here’s what you need to know.
For IOS users, you can export the receipt photo directly from the mobile app. Here’s how:
1. Open the Attachments section in the app.
2. Locate the receipt you want to export and open it.
3. Tap the attached image to enlarge it.
4. Select the Export icon in the upper-right corner and choose Save to Camera Roll.
For Android users, the mobile app doesn’t currently allow receipt photo exporting, but you can use a supported browser as a workaround. Here’s how:
1. Log in to your account via a browser.
2. Go to the Gear icon.
3. Under Lists, select Attachments.
4. Find the receipt you want to export. In the Action column, select Download.
5. The receipt will open in a new browser window. Right-click and choose Save As to save the file to your computer.
From there, you’ll be able to export and download the receipt photo you need.
