I cannot get a customer's name to show up on an invoice. All the information is correct on the customer itself but it doesn't show up on an invoice. Any ideas?

I genuinely appreciate your efforts in filling out the customer information correctly, austin. Let's make sure to resolve this issue so that your invoices display all the necessary details accurately.

Make sure that you switch on the Ship to option and you need to have a specific customize form that will show the information.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, and select Custom form styles.
  2. If you have an existing Custom form style, Find the template and click the Edit dropdown. However, if you don't have one under the New style button, click Invoice to create.
  3. Select + New, then choose your customer.
  4. Click Manage, and in the Customization, section enable the Ship to.
  5. Choose the template instead of the Modernized template.
  6. Select Print and download to see if the customer's name appears on your invoice.
  7. Click Review and send.
