I couldn’t preview the invoice on QB app now, it just comes out blank, seems there is a bug

Factors like internet connection or excessive app data build-up could cause problems in the QB app, finance219. I'm here to outline some procedures to help you handle this situation.

To start, please ensure that you have a stable internet connection. If your internet reception is strong but you're still having issues with previewing your invoice, let's eliminate your app's data to narrow down the result:

 

Android devices:
 

  1. Go to your device's Settings.
  2. Navigate to Applications or Application Manager.
  3. Select the QuickBooks app from the list.
  4. Tap on Storage, then Clear Data.

 

iOS devices:
 

  1. Navigate to your device's Settings.
  2. Go to General, then iPhone Storage.
  3. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list.
  4. Tap the Offload app option.

 

If the issue persists, update the application to the latest release. Once you encounter the same result, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app from your device's App Store or Google Play Store. Alternatively, you can also consider previewing your invoices through the web browser.

 

Finally, you may edit your sales transactions and invoice payments in the app. With this, you can modify your data accurately in the software.
