I'll help share a few insights about adding content to your invoice templates in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and guide you in sending product recommendations to help improve the features of our products.
For the time being, when you add contents to your invoice templates, they'll all be applied to all other template types or sales forms. The option to add more than three contents and include different ones per invoice template is currently unavailable in QBO. The system limits or will only allow you to add three contents that can be included and printed to all your sales forms (i.e., sales receipt, estimate, invoice, credit note, and refund receipt).

On the other hand, I can see how the benefit of being able to add more than three contents and include them in different invoice templates would aid you in managing your transactions with QBO.
