I can share some information with changing accounts used for your invoices, @bravorentacar.a.
Those invoices will be saved under your default Accounts Receivable (A/R) account. When you set up your company in QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, this is one of those accounts that are automatically created. For this reason, the feature to change the default A/R account assigned by QuickBooks is currently unavailable.
To learn more about these default accounts in QBO, refer to the article: Manage default and special accounts in your chart of accounts.
You can only change or choose the accounts to use when recording those invoice payments. See this article for detailed guidance: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
The following article will show you more on how to match your bank transactions with the one you already entered in QBO. Check this article for more information: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if you still have questions about your invoices by leaving a reply below. I'm always glad to help in any way I can. Take care and have a great rest of the day!
