Welcome to the Community. I can help you pass transactions with RCM in QuickBooks Online.
You usually enter reverse charge service tax to transactions like supplier bills/expenses. If you're trying to do it with customer invoices, I recommend using the Journal Entry (JE) feature.
Please seek expert advise from an accountant while creating the JE. This way, you'll be able to ensure your books will be accurate and error-free.
