Cannot add any custon fields or find the memo section, maybe I have the basic QB option and I have several companies with variying capabilities.

On another note, the custom field feature is available for QBO Plus and Essential versions and can only create up to three (3) custom fields on sales forms and purchase orders.
If you're unable to add any custom fields, this may have reached its limit.
Additionally, you can utilize the Message on Invoice feature on your sales forms to add bank information details as a reference for customers to pay into.
