When creating an invoice from an estimate, both transactions are linked to each other. You can try deleting both transactions. Then, recreate an estimate and add it to an invoice again.

If the same thing happens, try accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private or Incognito window. If it works, you can clear your browser's cache to remove the temporary files. You can also use a different supported browser like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to be thorough.
If the problem persists, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll investigate what's causing this issue.
