Let’s add your previous data to your QuickBooks Online account, gtroupe.

Currently, you can only import the following list to QuickBooks Online using a CSV (Comma Separated Values) or XLS/XLSX of Microsoft Excel:

  • Customers
  • Suppliers
  • Chart of Accounts
  • Products and Services

Here’s more information on this article: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online

That would be a great feature though, so I'll be sending this as feedback to the Product Development team to be considered in the future enhancement of the app. I also recommend you to visit our Blog to learn what new updates and features we have.

For the meantime, you'll have to enter them to your account one-by-one. Check the following articles for detailed guidance:

If you have questions with the steps provided about adding your data, let me know by leaving a comment below. I’m always here to assist. Have a great rest of the day.
