I’ve got solutions for you to get this fixed, @info-bluemountai.

When the Internet data in your browser’s cache get corrupted, it sometimes leads to unusual behavior that affects system functionalities. You can perform these steps to rectify the issue.

First, open your QuickBooks Online account in a private or incognito window for testing. You can use these shortcuts keys below for quick navigation:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once logged in, try to create an invoice for your client with USD currency. If the transaction displayed the correct currency, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing this helps the program to run better. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative except for Internet Explorer.

You can use this information to receive and track their invoice payments: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any other questions or concerns in managing your sales transactions, just let me know. I’d be glad to assist you further. Have a good day and always take care!
