Inventory Quantity Adjustment too slow to save !!!

I'd also feel the same when something isn't working well in QuickBooks Online, @blaze3.

Let me provide some troubleshooting actions to get around this error and be able to adjust Inventory Quantity seamlessly in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The first thing we can do is to clear your browser's cache. Too much accumulated historical data can cause issues like this. Visiting pages can save information in its cache and cookies. It allows the website to load slower. Thus, clearing them will do the trick.

You'll want to access your QBO account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. Please refer to these shortcuts below to open a private window in all supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

If it's saving faster, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache to start in a clean state. You can also use a different supported one.
