Invoicing customers - auto CC

I would like to make sure we're on the same page. 

Are you referring to a credit card? If yes, we're unable to auto CC particular people for each different customer when creating an invoice. At this time, you can check for a third-party app that helps you invoice customers and pays you using a credit card.

Integrated applications are available to download through the QuickBooks App Store. You can also try searching for the app within your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how:

1. On the left panel, click Apps.
2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
3. Use the search bar to look for an app.
    

On the other hand, if you're referring to a carbon copy, you'll only have to click the Cc/Bc link  in the invoice. Please take a look at the sample screenshot:

yes, I understand how to do it manually. 

For certain customers i have to send invoices via quickbooks to multiple email address' every time (contracts manager, accounts etc). Is there a way to auto fill CC (carbon copy) for certain customers? 

I'd be pleased to share some information regarding auto-filling the CC field when sending invoices in QuickBooks Online, tom175.

The option to auto-fill the CC field for certain customers is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. I'd suggest entering the emails addresses manually as a way around.

I am a little concerned everyone who has responded talks like a bot. 

I would like to see this feature as I CC also and make errors every time when I have to type in the CC or the BC into emails.

Before anything else, we must note that this will apply to all your sales forms whenever you create one. Here's how to auto-populate the field:
 

1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings below the YOUR COMPANY column.
2. Choose the Sales option.
3. Scroll down. Then, go to Messages and click the Pencil icon on its right side.
4. Enter the email you want to Cc/Bcc in the Copy (Cc) new invoices to address and Blind (Bcc) new invoices to address fields.
5. Click the Sales form field and choose Invoices and other sales forms.
6. Tap the Save icon.

After that, create a sample invoice and click the Cc/Bcc field to view the emails we entered.
