Is anyone missing their customer information?

It's my pleasure to assist you @strengthcoachbearss.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can see the customer information in the Sales tab.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select Customers
  3. Click or search for the customer's name you want to update.

If your customer's business name is still missing from the invoice even after you have all the necessary information. I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting, as QuickBooks Online (QBO) periodically exhibits strange behavior caused by cached internet cache files. The following keyboard shortcuts can be used to launch an incognito window or private browser:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

If it works, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies to update any website preferences that interfere with the program's operation. If not, you can use a compatible alternative supported browser. There could be a brief issue with the QuickBooks version you are now using.

Moreover, you can utilize various financial reports to get a snapshot of your business's financial growth. I also added a resource where you can refer to the complete guidelines for customizing it:

  • Run reports in QuickBooks Online
  • Customise reports in QuickBooks Online

If you have more concerns about locating transactions, feel free to mention me, @strengthcoachbearss. I’ll be available to help.
