Is there an option to customise the shortcut menu in the 'get things done' section?

Nice to have you here in the Community space, cuffy. I'll share details about the QuickBooks Online (QBO) menus.

 

The Dashboard page simplifies your workspace, making day-to-day tasks like sales and billing easier. However, the option to customise the Get things done page is currently unavailable in QBO.

 

While this feature is unavailable, sending this suggestion to our Product Development Team would be a great way to help improve your experience. They can review your suggestions and might make some adjustments in the next update. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Type in your feedback and product suggestions.
  4. Click Next to submit them.
