My company use more than one currency, home currency is USD please add more line currency for me. Thanks

Handling transactions in different currencies can improve your business relationships, a2zldc. Let me help you efficiently utilise this feature in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) International version.

Before proceeding, please know that the QuickBooks multicurrency feature is only available in Essentials, Plus, and Advanced subscriptions. If you haven't subscribed to one of these plans, you may consider upgrading your account to utilise this feature.

If you're currently using either of these versions, let's enable the feature so you can add more line currencies to your account. Please note that this action can't be undone once activated. When you're ready, refer to the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Advanced.
  3. Click on the Currency section.
  4. Select USD on the Home Currency dropdown.
  5. Turn on the Multicurrency switch and confirm that you understand that you can't undo this option.
  6. Hit Save, then Done.

Once done, you can then add more currencies. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings and select Currencies.
  2. Press the Add Currency button.
  3. Hit the dropdown option and select a new currency.
  4. Click Add.

Additionally, you can read this article for a complete guide about adding and deleting an account that uses a foreign currency, depositing the payment to a bank with a different currency, changing an assigned currency for a customer or supplier, and many more: Set up and use the multicurrency.

Additionally, you can reconcile the account  to ensure the accuracy of your transactions entered into QBO matches the bank statement and accurate representation of the company's position.

I'll keep this thread pinned if you have more queries about multicurrency transactions or other concerns in QBO. The Community will be swift to assist you. Take care.
