My invoices include Multi currencies. I had enabled Multi currencies in my setting, how to creat invoice with another currency.

When I create an invoice, I hope to register it under an accounts receivable account, but I find that other non-local currencies cannot be selected for the accounts receivable account, and most other accounts can be selected.

I can share some information, @borgarlin8.

When you create an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it will be assigned to the Accounts Receivable (A/R) account by default. If you wish to add a new or additional A/R account, you can do so by setting a different currency for your customer.

However, it's important to note that you won't be able to select a currency for this account since your home currency is already set as the default currency.

This article will provide more information on how can assign and create new currency to the customer's profile: How do I assign currency for a customer in QBO?

Additionally, You may find it helpful to read this article on handling foreign payment transactions in QuickBooks Online: Receiving and making payment for a foreign invoice/bill with a foreign country. Please note that the article is from Singapore but is still applicable to all countries.

If you have additional questions or concerns, you're always welcome to share them in this thread. I'll respond to you as soon as I can. Take care.
