There are times that the browser's cache tends to hold onto information, and over time it could cause problems while working with QuickBooks. To isolate the issue, we can start by creating sales receipts using a private browser since it doesn't store any history or form data.
To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:
If you're able to save the sales receipts successfully from there, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Also, using other supported browsers can help us narrow the cause of this behaviour.
