In QuickBooks Online (QBO), once you create an invoice, it will follow the template you've selected as default. Thus, the information showing on your invoice depends on the template you've chosen. So, if you'd want to have different invoicing templates for your different banking info, you'll need to create your invoice template for each. And select the correct template when creating an invoice. Let me show you how:
