Print invoice without payments & balance. Customs does not want to see payment related info.

Our customers make a 50% deposit tat time of PO. But upon dispatch, we need a clean invoice showing the value of goods. It can not show payments applied and balance.

Print invoice without payments & balance. Customs does not want to see payment related info.

I've got some steps we can perform to show the applied payments and balance in an invoice, MoneyMan007. 

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can turn on the Account Summary feature. This will summarise your customer's info from the last year. Once you enable it, this will show you the Balance Forward, Payments and credits, New charges, and Total amount due in your invoice.

 

To turn on this feature, just follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu. 
  2. Choose Custom form styles.
  3. Tick Edit to open the template.
  4. Select the Content tab.
  5. Click the Table area on the sample invoice.
  6. Place a checkmark in the Show on invoice field under the Account summary section.
  7. Press Done
