Let me share some insights about the data you see on the invoice PDF, Matt.
The name of the customer will appear under the BILL TO field on the invoice PDF. I'm adding these screenshots to see the data from the invoice to the PDF attachment.
You can perform some troubleshooting steps, like clearing the browser's cache and cookies to isolate the issue. Also, make sure the Adobe Reader s up-to-date to prevent issues when printing PDF files. Once done with the troubleshooting steps, resend the invoice, and check the name of the customer. If you're still unable to see it, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Team. That way they can check what's causing the issue.
