Can i remove e mail address option from invoice and sales receipt

Currently, QuickBooks Online doesn't have the feature to remove email addresses from invoices and sales receipts. The email address option is an essential feature in QuickBooks as it allows you to directly send transactions to your customers. This will help streamline the communication process and ensure that your customers receive their transaction details promptly. 

For now, you have the option to save your invoices and sales receipts without the need to provide an email address. You can do this by selecting the Save, Save and New, or Save and Close option. See screenshots for a visual reference.

While the option to remove the email address when sending transactions is unavailable, I'd recommend sending feedback to our product development team. They're continuously discovering new ways to adapt to our customers’ needs. 

Here are the steps you can follow.

1. Click the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
3. Select Next to submit feedback.

Your feedback helps our Product Development team determine which feature will be implemented in the next update.
