Yes, you can certainly revert to your old invoice format, Conor.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) has transitioned all users, including Plus and Advanced subscribers, to the new invoicing experience. This transition could be the reason why your invoice format has changed automatically.
This new format offers a modern interface designed to simplify the creation, customization, and sending of invoices, keeping all editing tools on the same screen. However, if you prefer the old layout, you have the option to switch back. Here's how:
1.Go to the Invoice page.
2. Look in the top-right corner and click the Old layout button.
3. Select Switch to old layout to confirm your choice. You can also provide feedback explaining why you would like to keep the old layout.
