Cancel recurring invoice

I'm glad to see you dropping by here in the Community space. I can show you how to cancel a recurring invoice in QuickBooks Online.

I recommend updating your recurring transaction set up to prevent the system from creating the invoice automatically. You can access the list by clicking the Gear icon and selecting Recurring Transactions.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Recurring Transactions.
3. Search for the recurring invoice. 
4. Delete the template or change the type to Unscheduled.
