Hello I hope your are doing good I have a question in the invoice form we have Name SKY TYPE etc so how I can add new column to the invoice Is it possible ?

I also hope you're doing fine today, same as mine. 

 

Adding a new column to the invoice is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to provide two workarounds to help achieve your goal. 

 

First, let's add a custom field so you can manually enter the Sky Type info. I'll guide you how.

  1. Open the invoice. 
  2. Select the Gear (⚙) icon at the upper right.
  3. Click + Add your own field
  4. Enter Sky Type in the field. 
  5. Tap the button to close the window. 
  6. Manually enter the info in the Sky Type field. 
  7. Choose Save

 

The screenshot below shows you the last six steps.

The second option is to utilize the Message on invoice box (see the screenshot below).

You can also customise your invoice to highlight your brand before sending it to your customer. When he/she pays it, let's go to the + New menu and select Receive Payment to record it. Doing so will help ensure their balances are up to date in QBO.
